Ping Checker

I without a doubt in mind believe League needs some way for you to be able to check what your ping will be before loading into games. If we were able to look we would be able to attempt to fix the problem or not go into a ranked game and then be hit with a constant 350 ping game (personal experience). What I do to check now is load into a custom see what it is at then hope it stays the same when I load into a normals. So I guess I am curious to who else feels the same and if there is some sort of way to check it before loading in that I don't know of what is it?
