Still no higher CD on Fizz E?

GG NO RE. I like where the changes are going with the W changes to benefit AP more than tank and AD builds and the ult change only amplifying magic damage. But his E is a massive problem because CDR makes Fizz two times more obnoxious. I am even willing to have AP fizz get some good buffs if it means his E will be at a higher cooldown so that both AD and AP Fizz aren't completely unfun and unfair to play against.
