90% of vlad's tankiness comes for his healing and health form his passive sinse he dosent build a lot of armor or mr after they nerfed his passive to scale less with hp ! but who cares about that vlad is op :D

So whats your point? Those are all complaints from June and Vlad never receieved any nerfs since 2k16. He only gained MR growth.

vladimir almost became an azir/kalista case where it was so incredibly hard to balance him (right around the mage update and a little while after), because riot didn't want him to be nerfed to the point where he's garbo, but not overpowered where he creates unhealthy gameplay. I mean, some players will say vlad is overpowered and broken, but I know how to play against vlad, so that's why im kinda meh about it
