Lucian ult is in the right place now!!!!

As a Lucian main, I've always been puzzled at how little damage Lucian ult did. There was a time the ult was on a 30 sec cooldown at max CDR and this justified why the ult was not very strong. It was instead, very spammable. However, riot doubled the ult cooldown and it went up to 55 seconds at max cdr because people used it to farm as it did very little damage to champs.

Given the damage remained the same but the cooldown was effectively doubled, the ult became useless as both a farm tool, and against players.

Now, that the ult has been buffed and does some more damage and I have to say....It feels right.

Now, when I think, ....why should I pick Lucian over Vayne, Kalista or Graves....., I think, his ult is why.

Now people won't use it to farm minion because of the significant cooldown. Now people will use it againts champs because....it actually does damage.
