Wanted to run a Vi build by you guys!

SO, I just picked up Vi. I have no idea what to build or what to max, but this is what I have so far:

For skills, I go W at level 1, then max QERW Q for damage and dashes E for tons o' cone damage R because it's the ult W because it'll be stronger late game than early game

For items...this is where I need help. Right now, I'm getting these: + + x3 > + > > + > > OR > OR > SOMETHING USEFUL
