Scoreboard - The position of Summoner name is not good

its near of item builds. besides Scoreboard's item builds is one of the most worthy data in the game. the names being worthless noise.

i dont even know why summoner name needs to being on scoreboard tho. since we coulda know the names by loading screen, and mouse over the champion icons of scoreboard etc.

such weird.
