Skin boosts in ARAM

Just a minor issue, in the old client when someone activated a skin boost it came up with a button and a message in the chat window telling everyone, the new client instead just shows a little box in the top-right corner (and since I'm watching chat most of the time I often won't even see the thing) and doesn't have a way to really see which skin you got without frantically scrolling through the list, if you even realise there was a skin boost at all - I've had a few games where I or someone else boost and there are people who simply don't notice.

Maybe just add a message to the chat box and highlight the the little dot above the skins to indicate which one you just got? It just seems a shame that people spend money, albeit a small amount, and don't get to properly appreciate it.
