How does no fix the issue that is Sona?

Been thinking about this one a lot since the recent change. How does one address the issue that is Sona's early game heavy poke (strong but not as back breaking as some make it out to be), that transforms into a late game spell slinging machine gun? Figured i throw some ideas out, and see if how people react / what other peoples thoughts are.

  1. Change the damage bonus of Q into a boost for her and team mates to do % of total damage as True Damage. To keep it fair allies must stand within the aura zone to get the bonus. This keeps Sona fairly close to the front/middle of the battle rather then dipping in and out of combat to buff her allies. This change would of course come with a increase in Cooldown, since no one wants a team that always does X% true damage so long as one member is up.

  2. Drastically increase the power of her W, this could mean that it heals AND shields the ally when they are struck with the green energy bolt (what ever you want to call that thing). BUT change it so that she can no longer team shield. This could be done like any other form of linking in the game (think Kalista or item 3050 ) with the ability to reselect every X seconds. To prevent issues where selected teammate is dead/missing, maybe the heal prioritizes the selected ally but will heal the lowest health ally in the area if paired target isn't there.

  3. Change her E to be useful as something more then a late game skill point sink. I'm thinking something spicy here. Maybe it gives 5-10% cooldown reduction, for abilities (not ultimates) on cooldown, to allies it effects. This would give Sona something to use it on in the early to mid game.
