Deaths Dance and Champions who use it

Question is, which to nerf first? For the love of god, please nerf the 30% of damage taken as bleed over three seconds to something like 25% or 20%, because don't you think an item with one of the highest AD values in the game, provides CDR, healing from ALL types of physical damage(albeit the healing on AOE spells is pathetic at best) and provides as a half-defence item since it let's you survive longer thus allowing you to lifesteal back before the bleed gets ya.

It probably wouldn't be fun to see every champion using the item tons get nerfed(I know you haters would definitely want her to burn to the ground) and then eventually nerf Deaths Dance afterwards. Although... considering there are really tanky tanks rn... on a side note... actually nerf Fiora...
