Annie Passive stun small nerf idea

Hello. I just wanted to propose idea about changing annie passive little as TF W. What i mean is that she can't hold her stun forever, it should decrase after some time. At the moment when she's for example as support casting Q gives adc really almost nothing to counter play. it will hit and no matter what you do you will get stun(sure you can buy quicksilver but im talking about early game) and probably cc's chain after that. Also just seing Annie with stun making you being really carefull, but if she would be actually pushed to cast it earlier than later becouse she would know it will disapear if she dont use it. It would make things a little better without heavy nerfing character.
