Stop chat banning me for people raging and reporting whole team

Throughout my chat ban RIOT's intellectually disabled players seem to rage because they lose, generally suck, don't understand the concepts of ping(s), the best notions of plays, how to cs, when to engage or disengage, how to ward. The problem with this is that they take it out on every other player in the community. What do they do about it? Report each other. It happens constantly even when they win games. Why am I making a grievance about it? Well, because it is goddamn annoying to get chat bans and game restrictions when I don't even do shit. Now RIOT claims to look at every tribunal report but that's complete bullshit. They uder to the fact that I am a "toxic" player and chat ban me, for fuck sake they banned me from ranked games and I haven't played ranked in 4 months. Make a better report system so every raging cunt that can't seem to stop running their cock sucker about their own flaws will stop reporting me and giving me this bullshit. I have chat ban so how can I possibly communicate to my team when I can't say "RUN!" "Watch out" "Watch for Jungler TOP, BOT, MID" There needs to be automated words for a key or set up to alert teams instead of pinging and them not listening to us over the pinging system. Generally when I lose a game it is because the adc has this mentality that he can go to blue buff and just fucking 1v5 that whole team. What the fuck are people doing in my "elo" with the most shit upon match history ever, I understand that you may have a bad day or lose a few games but goddamn RIOT the enemy team is my "elo" while everyone on my team should be on INTRO bots. Especially when no one on my team is 30 and the enemy team is silver and up as well as me. It's ignorant. Tribunal and Matchmaking systems need to be fixed. I don't want to hear one of you cock sucking, monkey fucking, dimwitted, raging ADMINs or GMs to comment with an attitude, I want a civil being with knowledge of the game to reply because League of Legends is a great game. I play it almost enough to not get pussy from my girlfriend so I think that I am well deserving of someone with more than common knowledge of the game to assist me and possible have something done about these problems (tribunal, matchmaking team-ups) to the point where RIOT would change this within an update.
