Will the jungle be adjusted?

I dont know if this is popular opinion, but I feel the jungle needs to be tuned back a bit.
In it's current state it seems to be promoting a farmbased playstyle and late(lvl6+) ganking, allowing champions that typically have weak early games to have reduced counterplay.
Example: Master Yi can now afk farm the jungle for a much longer period of time before there are any repercussions for not ganking, leaving common gankers that have low dueling potential unable to punish him.

I doubt anyone from riot will respond to this, but i am seriously concerned that my favourite role will quickly become my least favourite.
I know longer feel like I have an impact in the game, other than smiting objectives and warding :(
