@Riot Can I get a confirmation on the charged Q bug?

There's been documentation that people with certain routers experience incredible ping spikes when using a champion with a charged Q ( , , ). I haven't been able to play or in months now because this bug makes them literally unplayable. Can I get some confirmation that this is being worked on or at the very least that Riot knows it exists and it may be fixed at some point? I really like and and I want to be able to play them as soon as possible. Thank you for your time, Pope Charles IV
