At least make his passive Umbra Blades apply on hit effects. It doesn't even proc talisman on jungle monsters.

I want really badly to start talisman but it doesnt proc on the camps on anything but Q. E does but you are attacking them anyway.

While youre at it, can his spellshield not cost mana? Only spellshield in the game that still costs mana.
