Sound on client

When minimizing the new client the sound still stays on. Normally I would just turn the sound off but that's how I figure out if I get a game or not, but once I'm in champ select I liked the old client in the sense that you could just minimize it and the sound would go silent, I don't want to have to mute and unmute.
