Leavebuster needs to shorten or go

Ok so to start off, i didn't know what board to put this in but, I started this game 2 weeks ago, i only got into it early last week and i think its a really fun game, thats why i hear about it a lot. I have a celeron processor laptop 1.60 ghz so right off the bad you know it isn't the best PC out there, in fact it just might be the worst of this generation. So this problem happened to me 4/5 times i was afk during a match. I have a very slow wifi speed of 150mpbs so imagine if someone else connects to that and uses it how much bandwith wouldve been cut. I was in a match when eventually my mom decided to surf youtube with drastically cut the speed of my wifi, i coudnt do anything because my ping was so high that everything stopped moving, only the bots were randomly moving everywhere. I couldnt surrender because i didnt think anyone would see the vote, i couldn't exit because i was scared of the leave buster so I had to leave the game running for 9 mins until my ping lowered and everything started flying all over the screen, the game was trying to catch up with the current match from all that time i missed so 2 mins after that i lagged again, this time i lagged right after we cracked the enemy teams crystal, the camera shifted to the crystal like it normally does at the end of the game and everything stopped moving again, I decided to wait on the victory sign to show up and i left the game running for over 10 mins and i had no choice but to exit the game so thats where i got my first leave buster, the same thing happened in the 2nd match the day after the incident occurred. <---- 2 unfair leave busters there Then the other 2 problems happened when i was selecting my champion then i locked it and when the games loading screen was supposed to pop up, i got a white notification box instead saying that i disconnected from the game, it asked if i wanted to reconnect, i reconnected back to the loading screen, then it froze for like 12 mins and i didnt even realize. I had no choice but to go to my desktop, open task manager and end the program and that happened to me twice. Note that each of these problems happened after my leave buster time ran out, so it was leave buster one after another. Please can you guys lower the time to 10 mins or something, I think that this is unnecessary and the timing doesn't need to be that long, its only a game after all

I disagree -- you are playing a multiplayer game and affecting other people's experiences because you are choosing to play knowing full well that you have a very high chance of disconnecting/lagging/freezing. It's honestly just rude.

Every time i go afk from a game just once I receive the beautiful gift known as losing 100 minutes of my life to Leaver Buster. That is my fault... I didn't make proper arrangements before entering a match... I knew that I might have to leave early and played anyway. This is just the ramification of my choice to do so. If you know your computer isn't up to par and you know that your internet is garbage than why play knowing you will probably fail. Furthermore why play PvP if you know you will likely have issues. That being said 5 or 10 minutes isn't going to be severe enough a punishment as the full 100 minutes. It's a pain in the rear but it is reasonable. It is long enough to encourage people not to go afk but not too long where your waiting whole games per leaver buster. Removing it (timeouts) would be complete chaos. People would just go afk and ruin your ranking.. without much punishment...

I see four games in the past five days where you either caused a remake or were AFK the entire match and your team failed to remake or was unable to remake because you had not yet been disconnected for at least 90 seconds prior to the 3 minute mark. These games don't include any other disconnects you may have had. If you are disconnected and/or inactive for a considerable portion of a match, you will still be penalized even if you come back right before your team wins the game.

Look, your computer and Internet connection can't handle this game. If you're a kid, you're just going to have to deal with it unless you can convince your parent(s) to help you get a new computer and stabilize your Internet connection. If you're not a kid, get a job, upgrade your computer and connect to a stable Internet connection via Ethernet rather than wifi, which may require that you move into your own place.
