What are the chances of team builder being fixed in S6?

This is by far the most fucked up game mode.

It says jungles are needed, so I queue up with Udyr. 18 minutes later, I finally get into a game. They tell me that they've been waiting 15 minutes for a jungle. Wtf? Spend the next 22 minutes watching ADCs and supports join and leave. We get both an ADC and support together multiple times, but one leaves because they don't like the other's pick.

**The total time it takes from queuing to getting into an actual game is regularly over 40 fucking minutes. **This is pretty sad.
