Site that shows a champion's winrate in NORMAL games over all Elos

Lolking changed how they display their statistics so now it's impossible to get the same data from the old display. I'm working on a project that I need a champion's winrate in normal games overall. All the sites I've looked at don't have the data from normal games. Does anyone know of a website that shows these values (Preferably over a 2 week time period). I've been working on this for a couple of months now and it would suck to have to stop now.
