Ashe glitching the game?

So I just played a game of ranked where an ashe got so fed with either A. Glitching, B. Hacking, C. Riot employee abusing or D. Ashe is a glitched champ.

Literally could slow me 80% with my 42% tenacity. Unkillable I ulted her and used every ability on her, did no damage and lost no health.

Another thing is.. what is with the teams I get where I get players who cannot control themselves and have literally no brain whatsoever to think clearly for themselves?
