How to re-enable mouse wheel zoom?

I used this method: http://forums.na.leagueoflegends.com/board/showthread.php?t=1928144 to disable it in the past but I can't re-enable it now. I tried removing the line, changing the 0 to 1, nothing seems to work, and you can't change it in the in-game settings. Please help!
