Add a Resource Counter to keep easy track of stacking Champions (Clarity Issue)

I don't know about everyone, but at least IMO many times a jungler comes to gank a Nasus, Veigar only to be surprised by the amoun of damage they do and proceed to call you a noob after they check their buffs and see they have stacked their champs. I think it would be a great clarity improvement if stacking champions had a resource counter that kept track of their stacks. It could be a small circle with a number just like kindred has when they are hunting a target (but on the opposite side of the resource bar or maybe a smaller circle, I dunno I'm not a graphic designer haha. It would also help newb players realize how important is to stack their champs and get better at them faster as well as making enemies realize how exactly they got pawned! What do you guys think?
