Problems With Client

Is there anyone else having issues with the client lagging at champ select and getting a ban for dodgeing I know its only 5 min the first time and a 30 min the second but it shouldn't happen at all. Also I have noticed issues after it switches to the actual game client as well sometimes itll lag out there and by time it catches up your getting a ban for being afk and never going afk just the client crashing and you not knowing it till the message pops up. Please Riot I love all the new features and stuff your adding but Please take time to fix your clients.
