Lag spikes from my Laptop

I need to install my windows again

My laptop specs are Processor-I5 with 2,5 Ghz Rams-6 gb Video card-1.5 gb intel graphics Operating system-win7 on 64 bits

My problem is that in the majority of my games,i have huge lag spikes-my FPS drops to 10-20 in teamfights or later in games:| I play with the lowest graphics in the game,i installed Raze game boosted:|..what should i do after i instal my windows? Any tips? is my laptop this bad?
