Is their a certain RNG in Pick order

I have been getting so annoyed, (the point of quitting) Because I have been getting either first pick or second pick for 80% of my games. I know people may think it's good to get a strong pick but as an adc main I like to pick my character based on what their team comp is made of and I can't do that because I am constantly always being first to pick whether it is in a full premade or just solo queue I do terribly because their lanes pick strong characters against mine and I just have to sit here and try to figure out the math to get bottom pick.
