My Problems with Dynamic Que

So, recently i've found some serious problems with the Dynamic que.

I think Dynamic Que is a amazing thing, don't get me wrong. I love getting my role and being able to carry games through my role. But here's the problem, I NEVER GET MY ROLE. I think about 90% of my games I get my secondary role, Its really frustrating. & I can't play the game the way I want to because of that. I don't think this is what Riot intended. I'm currently in Plat 3, sometimes my que times take up to 20 minutes? thats insane.. Anyways. Rant Over -Akuma
