Minimum Blue Essence

Riot has been saying the minimum blue essence you'll get from a level up capsule is now 810, but since I've leveled up twice on "favorite animal" I have only got 500 blue essence each capsule with no champions. Is the 810 just for post level 30 or are they just lying about the minimum?

post 30 if i am correct, before level 30 you get a total of about 20130 BE by the time you get to level 30 or something like that

the lowest be i get 800 = ashe + sion + nasus + ~ 270 BE !!! So shit rito !!! The lowest till 30 is 810 :S Ornn item 2421 [sg-janna]
