Riot needs a new balance/rework team

I'll probably be downvoted to hell but I gotta say it

I don't know what they're smoking lately but they gotta chill. We're giving damage reduction on damage items , nerfing tank items for...reasons? And now that we have 3 failed reworks with champs like who completely missed the mark on their reworks, I think it's safe to say we need to change something about it.
