Please adjust the penalty for dodging champion select in ranked queues.

My suggestion is to allow for 1, unpenalized, dodge in the champion selection stage of ranked games per day. My account, which had a 70% win rate in ranked games prior to the 2 games that I will detail below, was permanently banned today for an isolated incident of toxticity that I feel was avoidable with the aformentioned suggestion for format correction. I was in my ranked promotional series to get to silver this morning, and started out with 2 reasonable games that I won handedly. Then, I was placed in a game where my jungler was dominated and ended up having 0 kills and 8 deaths by 20 minutes. I held my tongue and we lost the game quickly. Then, in the champion select for the next game of my series, my teammates declared as Kindred jg, Yasuo mid, Kalista bot and Tryndamere top. There is not a support to fix that team composition, which lacks for crowd control, tankiness, and ability power. I begged them to change their picks but they refused. Turns out, it was also a first time Tryndamere player. I locked in Zyra and expressed my frustrations too much throughout the duration of the game, which was lost in under 20 minutes, and understand why I was banned. I do believe, though, that my negativity was not misplaced, and that the situation was avoidable given the suggested format correction. I believe this change would benefit all competitively minded players who choose to partake in ranked games. I would like my account, LilQT13, back, given the currently unavoidable and deeply frustrating nature of my predicament. In failure of that, this change should be made nonetheless to better the ranking system going forward.
