Singed seems a little bit too strong

Naw, he's fine... yeah...

He has the highest winrate toplane. But he wont get nerfs because no one really plays him. Hopefully enough plays him and he will see the nerf hammer coming(new skins coming soon too wooo)

His win rate is high but it's hard to judge him because of his low play rate. Fiddlesticks middle has a high winrate but no one plays him. Is he OP?

Amumu has always had 55 winrate never falling below 50 is he op?

Id say the reason his win rate is so high is yes he is pretty good right now, but Singed has possibly the most loyal and dedicated group of mains. The odds are that with a small player base but seasoned mains the rate may be a little inflated. I mained him before his rework, but just started playing him again. I didn't initially like how squishy he felt, and it took a while to change my playstyle slightly. I would argue Singed is a decently difficult champion to play on a macro level, (not mechanically).

I play rather often, consider him my Heart-Main, and reached Tier 6.

And i can tell you, when the Enemy has a good Early Bully, you wont get anything done ever in the Game. But in one Point i have to agree where is Strong:

Almost undenyable Fling of your Carry. Why you ask? , activate Ult and . If the Enemy Team doesnt have Easy to Hit CC or Slows, Say Bye to your Carrry. In My Games, almost 90% of Flings in TFs result in a Kill if done like this.

Im biased i know, but apart from this i dont think is that Strong atm.
