Adding in anti-shield items.

What are we doing to be doing about our favorite champions in the mid lane?

The ones that build

It takes forever to stack up. Then it only gives you that amount of Shield + 150.

It makes the item almost not worth getting if your team comes with shields.

Then that doesn't even take into account champions like Ryze. Who has a shield. Its like everything riot does is to nerf ryze further :)
