@Meddler Taliyah bug?

Was playing a Taliyah game today and at about the 10 min mark, I was unable to use items in my inventory for the rest of the game (Pink ward, potions, Zonyas). Not sure if this is Tliyah specific but it hadn't happened on any other champs. Didn't see a bug report category so I posted it here. Great champ so far! Thanks!
