Camera Locking

Fuck you riot. just lost one of your own fucking games cuz i cant remove the camera lock. i clicked on the camera next to the minimap, i reset the toggle camera button and tried using the button, and then i even restored all the default seettings and did both of those things again. FIX YOUR FUCKING SETTINGS
