Trackers smite idea

After looking over all the new items I came to the conclusion that sucks. If you want wards as a jungler then get a sightstone. Better yet, do absolutely nothing and wait till the game gives you your free wards! I may be wrong here but I think this will only narrow down jungle build paths and 98% of junglers will get or .

Maybe this was made so junglers don't need to get sightstone but I don't think this will be the case.

My idea for this item is to return it back to poachers, except instead of -35 seconds on smite it would give bonus exp (and maybe gold). This way the item will retain it's unique playstyle of stealing their shit and being rewarded for doing so, but it would be harder to steal EVERYTHING from the enemies jungle.
