Looking for Advice - Dealing with "Clown Fiestas" on Botlane

I am looking for some advice on how to deal with the "clown fiestas" that seem to be very prominent in the meta lately - particularly from the position of the botlane players (support and adc roles). I think what has happened is that some of the lower tiered players have been watching the action on LCS where you have all these coordinated roams and teleports to botlane and are now trying to imitate the pros synchronized team efforts in solo and flex queues. Unfortunately, the players doing the "gangbang botlane" are neither pros nor are synchronized with their team mates - and I've seen so many games decided by these messes.

Any advice or ideas would be appreciated - from positioning to warding to even the best types of support champs for Plat and lower tiers to deal with this chaos. (It seems to be the one topic that is rarely covered in any advice videos and I would welcome any input.)
