if you arent going to fix matchmaking

atleast make it so the surrender rule is 10 minutes. Every game is over by the 10 minute mark. I've played 1 game in the last 8 where the outcome wasnt clear by the 10 minute mark... due to the worst match making system in any video game ever.

Why not to the logical and easy thing and make surrender rule 10 minutes so we dont all get super frustrated.
