Nocturne in normal elos
His ult just ruins lower elos. Can we do something about that dam 80 seconds of darkness??

i dont think it last 80 seconds .
and vs nocturne you want to group and not split .
Nocturne's ult is broken no matter the elo. this is the only thing that makes the champ viable, hes legit an ult bot - which still gets him a kill almost everytime.
