Suggestion for Zoe Nerf

Instead of nerfing her W/passive, increase her Q base damage and reduce the scaling.

Current: (7-50)(+50/75/100/125/150)(+60% AP) increased by up to 150% (2,250 units), max damage rank 5 = 500 (+150% AP) Possible Adjust: (7-50)(+50/80/110/140/170)(+65% AP) increased by up to 100% (2,250 units), max damage rank 5 = 440 (+130% AP)
