What If We Could Have An Option To Wait X Amount Of Time In Queue Before Getting A Secondary Role?

Just a thought I had when selecting a secondary role. I would normally put support as my secondary because that is one of my favorite positions, but it's not my 1st choice,so I stopped using support all together since I'd get it so often. This made me think that if I could wait X minutes in queue before getting my secondary, I wouldn't mind having putting support knowing that at least the game really tried to get me my primary before settling on my secondary.

Just a thought, might be a terrible idea for all I know.
