Fiora is still bullshit.

And let me just be clear here, I don't have a problem with assassins. I don't have a problem with tank busters. I don't have a problem with strong late game champs and I don't have a problem with strong early game champs and being a Jarvan main, I certainly don't have a problem with "swiss army knife" champs who have a lot of utility in their kit to allow them to fill whatever role is needed of them in the moment only to a lesser degree than someone specialized to that role.

My problem with Fiora is that SHE IS ALL OF THESE THINGS AT ONCE.

Remove her ult heal. It's bullshit and it doesn't make sense. Remove her true damage. She is the only assasin who doesn't have to build penetration to keep their damage relevant against tanks. By all means, compensate her with something else, but these things are purest bullshit.
