Make URF sort of available to all champs
Riot seems to want to balance this to make it more fun but they go about it in the wrong way with ARURF. AD melee champs are completely screwed by urf with a few exceptions since AP scales insanely well early and your first item is guaranteed to be obtained faster than melee. Theres already a tenacity buff to counteract the ability to spam cc but that ignores the problem of champs that oneshot with just ludens being able to spam the oneshot. It shows that they want ad auto heavy champs to be viable in urf (not looking at you yi) but if you play yorick you cant do anything other than afk farm jg till 3 items so you dont die walking into lane from syndra. There should be a flat damage reduction buff similar to the healing one that scales down as the game progresses so that you have to actually land all of the shit you can spam to kill someone early instead of a single hit and you gain your oneshot back when the ad champs have had time to catch up. Early oneshot is needed in norms but has no place in urf where you can spam that same combo 3 times in 10 sec
