grail needs a buff

Athene's used to be a staple for mana hungry champs and it was good at what it did. When its passive was removed and changed to the heal passive+ mana regen it was in a significantly different but still good place for many champs. Since its mana regen has been lowered to a measily 75% it's verging on useless (not to mentions the significant reductions to ap and mr), the heal passive is nice as a support but useless if you're constantly oom since what was once your main mana item now gives like half of what it used to.
