hecarim : weak but .. sion : balanced but .. aatrox : weak but....

First i would like to start off with hecarim He is weak ever since he lost his passive that allows him to move through units. which was his only way of trading in lane due to the low range of his q. Not only that but he has an extremely low ratio on his Q when you consider the fact he doesn't Build AD so i think he should get a flat ad Ratio instead of bonus since his main damage item if ahead will be and if behind which gives no ad and is basically counter productive on him . secondly his mana cost in the jungle and in top lane are worse then galios and his cool downs are lower if he wants to trade or clear the jungle which means you run out of mana faster. i think hecarim should get some bonuses on his passive and when his Q is fully stacked. maybe give him his passive back i mean how can a ghost horse not run through and trample minions.....let alone champions just look at his size in his elderwood skin.

Sion : one of my favorite top lane champs but the only time i see him is when i play him his kit is fine and all but i think he can use a little love. maybe get bonuses for reaching a threshhold of HP by stacking only.

aatrox: love this champ and sometimes i autolock him lol he is naturally weak but snowball dependent meaning if you can get a couple of kills and enough life steal you become cancer i think that they should change that snowbally nature and give him something that actually provides for the team ..you know fit the lore how his team mates were ready to battle again ( sions old ult sions old ult sions old ult ) and a shield when you q around 2 or more enemies give him some benefits for engaging
