Opportunity for Quality lane changes

With the new Ezreal W, I think this is a great opportunity to make his lane more interactive, by increasing the cost of his E, since the W refunds it. In this way, it would make forcing out a defensive E more valuable and impactful in the lane. (Giving aggro supports laners a means to be IMPACTFUL without being inherently oppressive) without explicitly nerfing Ezreal's ability to take a fight (meaning players won't be over-incentivized to afk the lane as Ezreal)

The Ezreal W changes is an excellent example of ways Riot can open more nuanced and interactive ways for champions to lane. Taking this example to heart would be great. To even add a bit more skill expression, matchup knowledge rewards, and general decision making, a small cast time lock out on E after casting W (similar to how renekton self stuns) to make sure he can't W and instant E out, and can opt into taking some of the all in, and be able to turn the fight, if he makes the right choices.
