Hecarimjob

Hey heca, JESUS MAN! Hecarimjob was a fun champ to watch in competitive play. I don't know why you had to job him like that. He was absolutely ruined, and yet you do nothing to bring him back up to a semblance of being a playable champ. His win rate is insanely low in top, and just as bad in jungle. So you want him to be a jungler, then freaking give him some jungle buffs. It wouldn't be that hard to do that. I miss my horse. I wish my horse could reliably win games again. Right now he just sucks.
