Will Skarner every be looked at again?

Even just for the types of QOL buffs that a lot of junglers seem to be getting lately? For instance, not making his shrines status visible to everyone the moment that they are taken. That way they dont know exactly where you are when you decide to take scuttle. Or not giving gold for capture. Or just getting rid of the shrines altogether and reverting his rework
