rank matchmaking

I am asking really respectfully that why the hell do i queue up with 0/10 adc every single game, maybe i exaggerated a little bit, but i swear to god all my adc doesn't know how to cooperative with the team, and when i look at their profile after each match. most of their adc winning rate are around 20-35. I am a mid main and i used to play in the Chinese mainland server as a platinum, never had any major issue with my teammates' skill, even though their attitude towards their teammate is completely shit lol. I rarely flame in the game and i'll say that i did a good job at least try to guide my adc through the game, but i swear if i don't go at least 15/3, my game would probably ending up with a defeat. Totally feel free to check my rank match histories, click into any defeated games and look at my teammate's stats, or check out the game replay, you will know exactly what i am talking about. I appreciate that Riot only take like 12-15 points away from me when i take Ls with a really high stats and i am actually slowly climbing up the ladder, but the process really brings a lot of frustration and anxiety, i mean game is supposed to be entertaining right? When you walk in to Disney Land, you are probably not expecting some homeless dude punch you in the fucking face the second that you walk into the park and make you wanna kill yourself right? So please make the league of legend competitive system more enjoyable by making some changes, such as evaluate the player's average skill level on certain roles or champs and matchmaking with players who has bout the same skill level instead base on their general rank. And i highly suggest to have more penalties on players who does not give a shit about rank and their teammates. Thank you for taking your time reading my complains, have a nice day.
