Pulsefire Ezreal is delayed and needs a rework

I have been using multiple ezreal skins and out of all of them Pulsefire seems to have certain delays, examples are my autos seem to take longer to hit the target and his q feels like it doesn't shoot as soon as the other q's. on top of that his skin seems to really not look that ultimate anymore, he kinda has a hunched back and doesn't look very good on the face or the body, I know he levels up and looks cooler throughout the game but it still just seems to be lacking compared to all the other ultimate skins out there.
