Morellonomicon still holding it's identity for me as *the* CDR item you have to get.

Riot stated in the patch notes that Morello's was having it's identity as THE kill pressure item solidified, with the addition of on-takedown mana restore paired with its grievous wounds. Yet I still find that I'm looking at it as "this is the pure mages' only worthwhile item with 20% CDR now, so that's what I'm buying it for." I like how CDR has been spread out to other stuff as well, but there's still no "This item's identity is to spam more spells, period" item, so Morello's fills that need for me.
