Please let her get some small changes soon to help her out in lane. She's already really bad due to all the nerfs she has received since you let her passive work on jungle camps and it doesn't help especially for top nidalee that so many overbearing and frustrating top lane champions just keep getting buffed or dodge nerfs.

There are some really small changes you can make that will really help her out that will NOT buff her jungle power PLEASE consider doing something soon before she is completely dead again.

What changes would empower her in lane and not jungle? (also, has she ever been seriously balanced around lane? I've only ever heard of bruiser nid top working when she was strong elsewhere)

A longer auto attack range would make it easier to trade in lane. Spears piercing minions they kill would stop opponents from hiding behind that 1 hp caster minion.
