Can we have easier team applyment next clash?

I tried play.op.gg and i found a couple of nice teams. so i applied to all of them and till now. nobody has invited me. I mean i know its pretty hard for a team captain to choose between a couple of people asking for the same role and also he needs them to be online so that they accept the invitation and the friend request since he cant just invite everybody.

Since we already link our accounts to play.op.gg why cant i apply for the team. and if the team captain wants to add me. they would just accept and thats it. now im in the team. i mean i dont think its that bad tho.

also:

a team captain can invite someone. (through play.op.gg) and if he accepts he instantly joins the team. its not that hard is it?

this will make team making alot easier for everyone
